3/4 Day Fishing Trip Aboard the Victory On August 31, 2017 - A Letter By Philip Rollins

Today I had the pleasure of going out on The Victory with Fishers of Men West Coast and Angler Chronicles for a 3/4 day fishing trip. When I saw the beautiful sunrise, I knew it was going to be a great day. This was actually the third trip I have taken with Fishers of Men and Angler Chronicles. Sometimes the fishing is good; sometimes it isn't. But one thing that is always constant is the fellowship and camaraderie. God shined on us this day, however, as the fishing was pretty good. We got on a group of calico bass and then we found some yellowtail tuna. The weather was great, too. Not too hot and the seas were calm, all in all a darn good day of fishing.

The only downside to the day were the sea lions following us around eating our bait. Although, if somebody was in my neighborhood throwing hamburgers around, I would probably follow them, too. So I guess you can't really blame the sea lions too much.

I strongly suggest if you get the opportunity to come with Fishers of Men West Coast on a fishing trip you do. You won't regret it! They are one of the most fun groups I have ever been associated with.
